To help us on the next step of this journey, we are seeking an exceptional Head of HR Engineering to lead us through a step change in how we use our HR technologies to achieve this ambition.
This is a deeply technical engineering role which will define and execute the HR Engineering Services strategy and deliver the technology capability for all HR services, in line with the Corporate Technology and Cloud Services (CT&CS) strategy. This role will be ultimately accountable for all HR related applications and platforms, including Workday, and will work in partnership with the People Function and Operations to deliver against their requirements.
