Key activities:
• Working in partnership with business leaders and stakeholders to provide timely and professional advice across the entire spectrum of HR activities to continuously improve performance and employee engagement whilst always managing business risk.
• Managing employment relations issues across the business.
• Building excellent relationships with business leaders, stakeholders and recognised Trade Unions
• Supporting and advising with recruitment needs and campaigns.
Supporting and advising on restructures, change programmes and consultation processes.
