Tasks - This is what awaits you with us:
- Define and implement global HR strategies for Rolls-Royce Power Systems (RRPS) that align with the business objectives and support the growth of the business globally
- Foster a culture of leadership across the organization and support the growth of leadership capabilities to ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs
- Lead succession planning, development, and retention strategies, including performance management, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with senior leadership team to guide business growth and transformation projects
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction and productivity
- Ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives are embedded in all HR strategies to build an inclusive culture that attracts and retains top talent globally
- Use digital tools and data to work with data analytics to measure and optimize success
- Collaborate closely within the global and enterprise-wide HR leadership team
Qualifications - What we expect:
- Successfully completed studies with focus on economics, organizational management, psychology/social sciences or law
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with several years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations
- Strong capabilities in Talent Management, Organizational Design and Performance Management
- Fluency in German and English
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and strong business acumen
- Relationship builder with the agility to connect with diverse people across all positions, locations, and geographies
