Your mission
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) to help us build and scale our team in a fast-moving and rapidly evolving environment. This role offers the chance to shape organizational culture, implement efficient HR practices, and support the growth of a high-impact hardware-focused company.

As an agile organization, we value close collaboration within our team, which is why we are seeking candidates who can join us at our office in Hamburg, Germany. While a fully remote position is not feasible, we do offer the flexibility of home office days.

In line with all our roles, this position is diverse and provides a high degree of autonomy. You will work closely with the C-Level to align HR strategies with our ambitious growth and operational goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support rapid organizational growth and transformation.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to build a high-performing and aligned team that meets the demands of a dynamic, growing business.
  • Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly and contribute effectively.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to nurture a strong, values-driven culture.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee-related matters.
  • Create and implement training and development programs to empower employees and support leadership growth.
  • Optimize HR systems and processes to adapt to changing business needs and drive efficiency.
  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with company goals and market standards.
  • Manage employee relations, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with company-wide strategies.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion to build a team that reflects the values and mission of the organization.
  • Support change management processes during times of rapid expansion and evolution.

Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, People Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional HR experience, with a proven track record in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling HR functions to support significant organizational change.
  • Strong experience with talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning to meet evolving business needs.
  • Expertise in HR Management software and leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. both in German and English
  • A proactive problem-solver who can operate both strategically and hands-on as required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire trust and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience in creating and fostering high-performing cultures.
  • Expertise in compensation leveling and variable bonus systems.
  • Passion for innovation and driving meaningful change.
