We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Cluster HR Manager / Regional HR Business Partner on a 12-month maternity cover contract for our West cluster of hotels. In this role, you’ll provide essential HR leadership across multiple properties, ensuring smooth operations and support throughout the maternity leave period.

Following the 12-month contract, this role will transition to focus on exciting new hotel openings in the North West, offering a unique opportunity to shape HR strategy from the ground up in our expanding portfolio.

Collaboration will be your cornerstone, working closely with General Managers and the Group HR Manager. Adaptability is key, seamlessly transitioning between recruitment, training, and strategic initiatives. * This role will allow for up to two days of working from home. The three other days in a working week will be based in your cluster of hotels
