Job Description
This is a newly created hands on role, the activities we would like you to get involved in;
Oversee and manage a HR small team including payroll & talent acquisition for our Rugeley site.
Coach the Leadership team on all people-related matters to drive a modern and high-performing culture.
Support and coach the leadership team on colleague engagement & career development for our people.
Create and implement HR and acquisition strategies aligned to business objectives.
Revise & create up to date policies and processes that are aligned across the group.
HR lead on all employee relations matters.
Lead on all HR performance, end of year processes.
Accountable for yearly benefits renewal offering & process.
Provide Leadership with HR data to assist with strategic decision making.
Be accountable for ensuring monthly payroll activities are undertaken.
Keep abreast of HR legislation including any changes/potential changes that may impact your location.
Develop & nurture HR Team.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of working with Senior leaders and will have good influencing skills, you will have a track record of developing others and thrive in a dynamic working environment.
This role will require 3 days per week minimum on site in Rugeley, Staffordshire.
All candidates must be eligible to achieve the relevant security vetting level applicable to the role.
