HR Manager (m/f/d)

The Chairman’s Office Europe and North Africa (COE) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centres, and representative offices across Europe and North Africa with corporate functions and services. Given our fast growth, we are constantly looking for talented new colleagues to become part of our team.

 Your tasks.

  • Act as a point of contact for the relevant HR projects within the regional and global HR community.
  • Give frequent updates and present to the senior management.
  • Identify and develop regional standardization and harmonization possibilities in HR field between the group companies, focusing on the best practices inside and outside of the group.
  • Plan, launch, follow and manage the current Project plans in the region on diverse HR matters.
  • Aim for synergies, drive the collaboration within the HR community with leading the respective COE HR projects and facilitating the task force groups.
  • Lead the collaboration within the regional talent development group, drive the project plan of the regional talent development action plan.
  • Establish and maintain a regional talent pool, facilitating the match between career path of individuals and business needs and facilitate the cross-divisional exchange of talents.
  • Standardize and monitor the different succession plans of the top management in the group companies to ensure the career pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with the COE HR policies on the group company and entity level (where it´s relevant), conduct HR audits based on the framework.
  • Develop, roll out and implement new policies, procedures and processes within the region considering both the Motherson values and the business need.
  • Responsible for the quarterly reporting and monitor the proper budget plan/actuals of group companies.
  • Lead the CSR Community Europe on the improvement tasks to increase the quality of CSR activities.
  • Analyze and investigate the individual cases which falls under the umbrella of COE HR team, make a proposal for solutions in line with the COE scope and authority matrix.
  • Support the HR events and meetings organized by COE.

Your profile.

  • Degree in human resources, social studies or comparable subject area.
  • Several years experience in HR at an international company.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, persuasive and assertive with good conflict management, ability to build relationships and work well across functions and divisions.
  • Ability to present in public.
  • Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and high attention to detail.
  • Experience in facilitating projects, experience in organizational change management projects is an advantage.
  • Ability to identify key data sources effectively in order to prepare and improve business decisions.
  • Good analytical skills
