Location: London Soho
Contract Type: 6-month maternity cover (part-time)
Start Date: Early March 2025
Schedule: 2 days per week (flexible days, with in-office presence required)

Salary: £50,000 per annum (full-time equivalent), pro-rated based on 2 days per week


Are you a passionate and experienced HR professional looking for a part-time role where you can truly make an impact? Molinare, a people-focused and vibrant organization, is seeking an HR Manager to lead our HR function during a maternity cover period. This is an exciting opportunity to provide proactive HR support, work closely with our leadership team, and help shape a positive and thriving work environment for our colleagues.


What You’ll Do

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with the Executive and Operational Management teams, offering practical HR expertise and ensuring the business complies with employment legislation, best practices, and regulatory guidelines. You’ll also oversee one HR team member to deliver seamless support.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on performance management, redundancies, disciplinary matters, grievances, TUPE processes, exits, and more. Stay up to date with employment law developments, ensuring managers are informed of changes.
  • Leadership Support: Build trusted relationships with the Executive and Operations teams, providing training and guidance on people-related matters.
  • Culture and Morale: Foster a positive working environment to enhance employee engagement, retention, and morale.
  • Talent Development: Identify training needs for individuals and teams, support staff development, and implement HR initiatives.
  • Planning and Reporting: Lead workforce and succession planning, talent mapping, and risk assessment. Report key metrics to the board monthly.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS/HCM systems (experience with ADP is a strong advantage).
